The costs generally includes tutorial support, resources and activity costs, travel, public liability insurance, administration (including a weekly report), light refreshments, session preparation time and assessment of completed work if working towards a qualification.
Please note: The full session fees will be charged even if the service user does not attend through illness or non-attendance. Onwards ‘n’ Upwards require a months notice should the agreement need to be terminated. Full fees will apply until the notice period has ended.
If a service user fails to attend due to general non-attendance or illness, Onwards ‘n’ Upwards agree to see another individual in their place. If there is no replacement, the original session charges will be made.
